Oliver had too much food in his mouth, as usual, so Nick said "nom nom" to him to get him to chew. Instead, Oliver thought it was hilarious and repeated "nom nom" throughout dinner. He also signs "more" in this video. He doesn't quite sign it correctly, but we know what he means.
